I've always wanted to hit LS Fest, but it just never seems to work out. Sounds like it was a blast though. Did anyone here make it?

I may go to Vegas next year. I wish they would have that event closer to the East coast.

 

Yeah, it would be cool if there was an East Coast event. Seems like the would have plenty of participants.

 

What state would be best on the East coast to hold a LS Fest ?

No matter where you hold a event it will always be someone unsatisfied. I was in Bowling Green and guys was complaining about driving 2 hours away.....

On the other hand some racers drove 13 hours to race their cars. I personally think Bowling Green is the perfect location. Why? Because its in the center of the map.... people came/come from all directions.

 

We drove 7 hrs from MI. No complaining. Is what it is.
Beech Bend is a great place. Sucks getting in and out, but the facility is well suited for this type of event.
The people of Bowling Green are very hospitable with putting up with our shenanigans. The cops could have arrested a lot of people but they didn't. I know they gave out some tickets, but they could have been a lot worse. People were getting crazy saturday night. I don't know of many places that would put up with that kind of behavior.

 

We drove 4 and a half hours from Mississippi. Im right outside of Tupelo. And this past LS fest was fun but the drinks/food are overpriced so I always bring my own food/grill/cooler etc. The track is nice but this year the cars was really having problems back to back so to speak. Glass, oil, coolant was all over the track.
The cops were very busy also to say the least...
