mid to high 13s....these cars look worse every time i see them......after seeing some aftermarket concepts i had high hopes for the daytona, but the wing doesn't look right, the hood doesn't look right, and those colors were never meant for a sedan.......and they added a whopping 5 hp and 10 ft/lbs to it, big deal.....the freaking autostick is the biggest gimmick ever......a german six speed would be nice for sure.....

I have to agree with you on the German 6 speed.

I sat in one just like the SBO one, It was sweet!!! The yellow looks much better IMO. The armrest had a flip up TV for the rear passengers. If I was 25 years older and had been around for the late 60's early 70's charger, I would definately get it. It's mean looking, yet refined and the 4 door issue would appeal to me more at that age.

3800-lb range (needs to meet the 2007 Federal safety standards). Performance West did some force induction on the latest Rumble Bee truck concept with the KB Blowzilla kit and achieved over 500-rwHP.

The Durango dude truck concept has a twin-turbo setup (5.7 ltr Hemi) and was done by Banks. It will out produce the GTR-1 concept car in HP numbers.

Job #1 starts in April 05, long with the Daytona special run.

AWD will be offerred.

SRT-8 Job #1 will begin in Sept 2005.

The 3.5 will be at 3800lbs, but the hemi is in at over 4klbs......the awd is not offered initially, but will be down the road.....

a friend of mine out in california took his 2003 hemi ram to a racing buddy of his that works at JET performance. They threw it on the dyno and tuned it up to a peak of 540 hp! they ended up tuning it for daily driving at 450, but that shows the potential that's there.

I am waiting on the production run of the SRT-8 Charger then add some force induction kit with a TEC3 stand alone computer. I am sure it can do over 600-rwHP.

We had seen some amazing results with the TEC3 on Project Blue (stock 04 SRT-4). The numbers from the dynoe was 260ish HP and 400-ft lbs of TQ. Shows you the added detuning to ensure the powertrain warranty issues.

The yellow one above looks pretty good. I would still take the GTO over it.

I know I'm an old fart but--- Chrysler has really screwed the Charger. They call it a 4 door coupe!! There is no such animal, this is a sedan and nothing like its original namesake. I go back a couple of years with MoPar and still love the oldies. I think the best muscle car I ever owned was a 1969 Road Runner, 440 6pack with pistol grip 4 speed. To compare this car with some of the older models is true lunacy. Chrysler needs to respect these cars for their true heritage. At least the F body was not a 4 door and never designed as such.

The Charger is a nice car but they should have called it something else. The 80's Charger was a real kick in the face for Mopar fans. At least the new one has a V8 and RWD.
