GM owns a controling interest in Suzuki and Subaru. That's why we've seen Suzuki lines with Chevy badges and Saab lines built on Subbies. Personally I think GM needs to deepend it's investments in those companies and put Suzuki into the bottom market rather than Daewoo (who they also have a controlling interest in).

I wouldnt be surprised if a Hi-Po Solstice could hang with a Vette in the Turns. FWIW the Fiero out-handled the Vette of it's day.

Well, I think the ZO6 set the bar high enough for anything to be faster then in in the quarter.

And today I read that it will have options for a six-speed Tremec with 3 different gear ratios, and a TURBO/SUPERCHARGER option .
Where are my lottery tickets....................

I would imagine they will be closer to $40K.
If they come in lower than that it will be the steal of the century. I wonder if they plan to mini-tub the rear so you can fit enough tire under it??

Additional drivetrain options would be money well spent.

I seriously doubt the stock driveline (ie. tranny/differential ) will hold the power.

Radiator would be a suggested upgrade too...

Cool car but once these mods are completed? It sounds like its a corvette? Why not just buy the real thing for less?

I'm sure I'm missing the point and its not a flame as the new solstice and sky are awesome..I just think the 25 to 30 grand 250 hp turbo charged high performance version to be released next year with its factory warranty might be a better way to go..
