My guess is that the camaro will be a disappointment...
Unfortunately that's true - I really have no confidence in what GM will come up with. I will most likely be buying German or DC (especially after seeing this).

I doubt it. Outside of the Ferrari Testarossa the 3rd Gen Camaro's and Firebirds define the 80's in mine and many people's book.
That Challenger is bad ***. If they can put me in a well optioned Hemi for around 30K they have me....c'mon GM.

I think that front bumper is too big or the grill is to small i hope they fix that, but even if they dont im still buyin it. chevy is gonna completely die off if they dont make the camaro and dodge makes this. they're trucks are'nt to bad but the only car worth buying is to expensive and exotic for the average buyer, the corvettes nice but if i was buying a new car i would way rather by a new challenger or mustang, and fixing it up with the money i saved. Unless i was fithy rich.

There it is. New guys will want it, old guys will want it. It is the pitch GM failed to throw with the GTO and I love it. **** its coming
GM needs a home run because I think we may have seen a car with the potential to kill gm sport car sales minus the vette imo.
I wouldn't put it past them, development of the viper was pretty quick, this is the real deal.

Looks awesome, but I too am pretty sick of the over used "retro" styling that is going on with cars these days. Yes, the cars of the 60s looked awesome but their time came and went. I grew up in the 80s and 90s and IMHO, the 3rd & 4th Gen F-bodies, Fox Body, SN95 & new Edge Mustangs have a lot more innovation and styling than what I am seeing today.
