Started out as an Audi tech at $15/hour flat rate in Kentucky. Ended up moving and now I am a service manager at a chain type service center. My techs make from 13 to 20/ hour and I usually have 3-4 guys over 60 hours a week and 2 of those over 70. The thing I find funny is I am an hourly employee and make less an hour than I made flat rate as a starting tech. Lol, I need a raise!!!
