Well, as long as you are wishing about stuff that has a snowballs chance in hell to be built, might as well wish big.

Personally I want and LS9 powered 09 silverado, short bed short cab, AWD, 6-speed manual. Hell id even settle for a 6 speed auto.

Who said put this motor in a trailblazer SS, that would be cool too. I'd also take it in a Tahoe (if they aren't 60k dollars).

Diesel Power Magazine had a "10 Diesels that need to be built" article, and said that the colorado cruze concept should get the 2.6 (or is it 2.9L) v-6 from Europe. I could live with that as well. I got my AWD / 4x4 with a lockable differ idea from them, but that'd be a sweet and potent truck (with either power plant). Personally, I'd rather have the baby d-max.

Seriously, what does it take to get GM to do this??? At least I can brew my own bio-diesel (and would with the way gas prices are).

Anyone seen any other pics of this thing yet? I am guessing this will be a yes, but is it going to be intercooled?

EDIT: Seeing it from another angle I can see the appropriate outlets. Couldn't be seen too clearly from the pic at the top.

I imagine that thing is very restricted for efficiency and emissions. Imagine how much power you could get out of that thing with a little tinkering/modding? I think I have decided on the powerplant for my next truck...

Fuel Mister II plus supply of used cooking oil = bio-diesel that runs cleaner and lobricates like sulfur diesel. Not to mention you can brew it for as low as $.70.

Bio Diesel is ok, but its not nearly as good as my Flux Capacitor, Mr. Fusion and 1.21 Gigawatts of electrical power.
