Default "Agressive Driving" bushings installed under warranty, now it's worse

I had the GM "Agressive driving" bushings installed under warranty this week. Now it's worse than with the stock bushings...really...it's worse. I took it to the track today and could not do anything with the dang car. It wheel hopped leaving at idle, wheel hopped hard as hell in 2nd, wheel hopped so hard in third it started to go sideways enough that the stability control came on. Netted a 2.45 60 foot time and a 13.65 at 108.

What gives? I'm sick of this thing wheel hopping. BTW, the stock '05 rear is holding up to a lot of abuse...no whining yet...only 800 miles left on the warranty.

Ease the clutch out like leaving a stoplight and slowly roll into the throttle and.......well.......it hops two the three times before it gets moving.

Crawl under the car, and check the tourque on the cradle bolts. It's something like 175'lbs rear 200'lbs front (get the specs from the FAQ). It's kind of a pain, because you need a big tourque wrench, a big breaker bar, and some 21 and 23 MM sockets. However, dealers have been known to half *** the re-install. If those aren't REALLY tight, you will hop all over the place.

Hello, yes our wheel hop kit will help. Also i would recommend our pinion support brace also. The wheel hop kit will reduce the hop around 75%. The pinion support brace has a durometer bushing that will eliminate the clunk that is common to the CTS-V. Here is a link to our site, if you have any questions please give me a call.
