Default Tan Interior

Who here has a 04 V with Tan Interior? Do you have any pics? What are your likes/dislikes about the color?

don't have tan in my V, but had it in my 05 Mustang GT. It was the first 05 in town and I had to have it. It was black with tan interior. I would still have it, if it didn't have the ugly *** tan interior. To each their own, but a mustang does not need tan interior. But a V.....I'm not sure. I'm not a fan of tan when black is an option.

They're not specific interior shots...but includes the interior in the shots....personally I love the tan interior...I've had all black...much prefer the tan, looks richer.

As for dislikes......none.

Thanks Nikon. The tan in your car looks 10X better than some pics on the net that i have seen. Here is one of them.

i like the tan, the sude on black interior always seems to look a different color. The tan looks a lot more rich? maybe bad word but more luxurious. i dont mind it at all, the door panels and dash ans accents are all black so its not overwhelming

The tan really shows off the heart shaped cup holders though.

I had tan in my 03 CTS. I was looking for a black/tan or silver/grey V, but there weren't any around when I bought mine. I looked at a red/grey, but had to pass on the red. I do like the black a lot better than I thought I would. I haven't had a car with a black interior since I moved to Texas, but it isn't nearly as hot as I thought it would get.

Default Tan Fan

Tan is o.k. as long as your buddies don't slobber while they're using dip or chew.

Actually I like the tan except for the possibility of staining. To preclude that possibility, I'll use terry cloth covers on long trips.

I have the cashmere interior as well.

I agree with what was said above, since the dash and doors are all still black, it kinda gives the interior a two-tone look. Also, the light color doesn't show dust at all, which is a plus. But the downside to that is any tech with greasy hands will leave marks on anything he/she touches, I have had it happen about twice now. So I have gotten in the habit of just telling the service writer, please make sure nobody marks up the interior, because I will be looking for that and it will be fixed before I leave the dealership.

I was worried about the staining as i have a four year old and a boy on the way in october. None the less, i have purchased a silver/tan that should be shipped by the end of next week.

Oddly, i have seen many CTS's, but no V's. After work yesterday, i was pulling into the driveway and i noticed a V two doors down. The neighbor had some family in from north Texas and Arkansas. The V was an 04 silver/black from Arkansas. Very nice. He was willing to show me the interior and engine bay. He had an aftermarket CAI and stock exhaust. He said that a friend of his had a V with a maggie. After that, i went to the house, sat on the couch and drooled all over myself in anticipation of mine arriving in the coming days.

Tan/cashmere helps with the heat on those sunny days. Especially on the rear deck lid.
