How many riders can ride to the bikes potential? I'd guess a maximum of 1%.

It has 4 wheels but I don't know if I'd call it a car.
763 mph, that's faster than the speed of sound.

Land speed records for automobiles, amazing that one record stood for 13 years, and the one that broke it stood for 14 years:

1963 – present (jet and rocket propulsion)
Craig Breedlove's mark of 408.312 miles per hour (657.114 km/h), set in Spirit of America in September 1963, was initially considered unofficial. The vehicle breached the FIA regulations on two grounds: it had only three wheels, and it was not wheel-driven, since its jet engine did not supply power to its axles. Some time later, the Fédération Internationale de Motocyclisme created a non-wheel-driven category, and ratified Spirit of America 's time for this mark.[9] On July 27 1964, Donald Campbell's Bluebird CN7 posted a time of 403.10 miles per hour (648.73 km/h) on Lake Eyre, Australia. This became the official FIA LSR, although Campbell was disappointed not to have beaten Breedlove's time. In October, several four-wheel jet-cars surpassed the 1963 mark, but were eligible for neither the FIA nor FIM ratification. The confusion of having three different LSRs lasted until December 11, 1964, when the FIA and FIM met in Paris and agreed to recognize as an absolute LSR the higher speed recorded by either body, by any vehicles running on wheels, whether wheel-driven or not.[11] Thus, Art Arfons' Green Monster was belatedly recognised as the absolute LSR holder, while Bluebird held the now-separate wheel-driven land speed record, and Spirit of America the tricycle record. Since then, no wheel-driven car has held the absolute record.

From Wiki for non-jet or non-rocket propelled vehicles:

The wheel-driven land speed record differs from the absolute land speed record in requiring that the vehicle be wheel-driven; thus, jet engine and rocket propelled vehicles are ineligible.

Until 1963, the absolute land speed record holder was always a wheel-driven car. The first jet-car to exceed the absolute record was Craig Breedlove's Spirit of America. Since then, no wheel-driven car has held the absolute record.

There is no "wheel-driven" category as such.[1] The Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile validates records in a variety of classes, of which the "wheel-driven" classes are in Category A (Special cars) and Category B (Production cars). The accepted record is fastest average speed recorded over one mile or one kilometer with a flying start, averaged over two runs in opposite directions within one hour of each other. The most recent Wheel-driven" record holders have been from a variety of different classes within Category A.[2]

Since 1963, holders of the wheel-driven land speed record have been:

So, if you already know the truth, please don't post stupid threads like this one again.

I'm not busting your *****, but we have to keep it honest around here.

I agree.
I'd like to think in in the top percentage, though.

With that said, even a mediocre rider can get a LOT out of a modern 1000cc.

Back to the bikey thing, my superior impression of them is based on a few runs with both of my cars. I think if they are willing to run you, they got their shiat together, and have proper experience. With that said, I was at Moroso Motorsports in WPB a few years back, must have been Amateur Night, as less than 50% of them could launch without looking like a total tool.

I guess the same can be said for the Vs too.

I am totally with you on the Boxster thing, I actually feel sorry for those "special" guys. To me, they are no higher than a Miata.
