Make sure to call luke and get the bushings too!! It is very important to get the stiff accurate shifter feeling!!! just ask for the UUC shifter bushings

I have two questions: first, does the shifter seem noisey after the install of the uuc bushings (I've been through a lot of LOUD A$$ shifters in the stang). Second, does the shifter feel tighter as in like wanting to return 'home' when you put it in neutral. I always liked that about steeda tri-ax shifters. Thanks.

Schweet. I bought the commodore/monaro shift boot and ****. This will be a great addition to the mod when I do it all here in a cpl weeks. Gotta get the uuc bushings on order. Thanks a lot for the idea man.

Yes that should be sweet! and thank 2003rc51 because he basically had the idea way back when he saw a Thread on a guy installing the tpis shifter. I just let him use me as a Guinea pig for the first one he made

great pics...I think I can try to get a welder help me with this. can you tell me exactly what kind of pipe I need to ask for and how long it needs to be? I saw 1 1/16th, just wanted to verify it. I hope I can find a welder to do it now!
