Can you bolt them on? Sure. But I personally won't do that and subject the wheel studs to the shear load that they wouldn't normally be expected to carry.

Nope, I weighed my stock spare when I got it. It was just over 30lbs. (I dont rember the exact number) .. But no matter what thats heavy .
A nice set just over 20lbs a rim would show better number at the track ..

Definitely without. With a tire on there you're looking at nearly double - 55-60# (depending on tire model and size).

Last time I checked you could always purchase Tires and rims that weigh less thus shedding the "extra" weight.... Your typing seems a bit confrontational? Hope you have a better day sir...
