I'll have 10 axles ready for the masses in about 7-10 business days.

I had to make sure the first 2 were perfect before running anymore through the machine shop.

Thanks
Chris

They are $299. plus $15. shipping.

All you have to do after removing the passenger side half shaft is:
Remove the old cv boot clamps
Slide the cv boots to the center of the axle to give you room to work.
On the inner cv joint, there is a retaining ring that is in the stub, spread the tabs out and pull the axle out.
Outer cv joint, it is held in with a retaining ring on the axle. The axle just needs a good yank to get it out. Sometimes they are hard to get out. One little trick to bolt the outer stub back into the outer hub, push the axle in and then give it a yank outwards.
Another option is a slide hammer.

Once you have the old axle out,
Spray some white lithium grease (or what ever grease you have sitting around) on the new axle and slide the new cv boots on.
Slide the axle into the outer stub until the retaining ring snaps out to hold it in.
Slide the inner end into the inner stub until the retaining ring snaps into it's groove.
Squirt some new cv grease into the cv joints (supplied)
Slide the new cv boots onto the boot flanges and crimp the new clamps on.

Re-install and your done.
