cool deal man, long as it stays in place!

*normally* you want to increase your spring rate when lowering as you are that much closer to hitting the ground. but is cool it worked out to your liking!

The Sachs T2 spec shocks have the lowering grove machined into them as well. They are buried on a box in my garage right now, or I'd snap a pic.

The GC kit converts your stock struts to coil-overs using sleeves. The sleeves rest on the spring perch.

I was going to text you over the weekend to see how you were doing but I didn't want to distract you from the massive snow removal youse guise have to do.

I did get a V2, but I still have the V1 and still plan to rebuild it. Since I like the T2s so much, I'd love to stock up on them if I ever start wearing them out...

Talking

Yeah, and judging by the size of some of the pot holes I have hit lately, it is not going to give me any issues

just so you guys know, this mod held up just fine. It didnt even budge when my (ex) buddy hit a median (curb) at well over 120 mph. totaled the car, but the struts held up fine.

Did you let Ryan Dunn drive your car? Or was it Nick Boella (Nick Hogan) ?

Great Idea Matt! I might have to grab some brews & find a lathe we can use to do mine. I'll see you later today though.
