Default CTS4, need help with the car

does any one have a belly picture of the cts4. ( the AWD one )

i would like to either do a LS transplant in a cts4. or by a 2009+ cts-v and do a AWD transplant.

i know it will be a lot of work. but i would love to have a AWD LS powered car.

Might be easier to just turbo the stock motor. Did the trailblazer SS come with 4wd or was that the SRT8 Jeep I am thinking about?

and the 2008+ CTS section http://www.cadillacforums.com/forums...formance-mods/

Oh new body cts....thought you were talking about 1st gen cts with awd...gotcha...in that case I think you'll have better luck putting the v8 in the awd car...I've heard the tunnel is larger in the awd, plus a couple other changes...know this because people test driving them said there was less cabin space.

when your putting conservatively 400awhp to the ground through an AWD system built for a 200 awhp platform, i think it will be a royal pain in the ***. i like the thought, but i dont see the benefit when you can put that money into a nice *** suspension package on all four corners.

they wont do it because it would be an entire new vehicle to develop which would prob sell 2000 world wide. plus it would be about 200lbs heavier then a normal rwd v.

that being said if you build one i think that would be cool to see

agreed, i would like to see one, but if you want V8 muscle AWD in a GM......buy a Trailblazer SS. Not like its that much heavier then a V anyways lol jk. All you need is a some basic bolt ons and a converter to be in the mid to low 12s. Just my .02

I love my V, but with the snow we got hit with today in CT i wish I had a awd T.b. SS.

My V has been siting in the garage very lonely the past few weeks.

A awd cts-v would be sick

yep, but all you need is 8 inches of snow and the AWD V wont move. Its more then 4wd its ride height and tires. I dug out 30+ inches of snow a couple days ago, and its now buiried under 20+ from yesterday and today. I got an AWD jeep stuck in the driveway today.

X2.

If you can pull it off while keeping it from breaking, you would be a genius. On the other hand, I can think of a lot of other things I could be spending my time and more importantly, my money on.
