Dont know exactly yet, I pretty much told the tuner/installer what I wanted he told me the specs listed and I told him to decide what lift would be best and order it. I trust them so Im not too worried. Somewhere arround .600 is what he told me.

Ok. That's what I wanted to know. As long as it's a big lift lumpy cam, I'd be happy going custom...

A lot of people dont like custom cams because they arent proven like the MS3 etc.....But you really get the best of both worlds, take what you know about the proven cams and tweak thm to get it just how you want it. If you know your stuff its better for you in the end. I was shocked that they are the same price as a pre made cam.

Yeah, I'm surprised myself. You would think it would cost more. I like the ms3 cam. I'd want mine as close to that as possible but tweaked to keep more low end power!

MS3 with a 112 is pretty standard, how much lower can you really go and be semi-comfortable with it. Not many street cars even weekend cars run less then 112 lsa.

I believe they go as low as a 110LSA right? But what would that do to the power range?

There's guys running bigger cams on lower LSA. Like I said, it's all about what you consider streetable. I've seen MS3s on 110LSA.

It'd bring the peak down a little, probably ~200-300 RPM.

Ill post my dyno graph when i get mine installed, i think you may be persuaded away from the big cams. Bigger isnt always better especially when you dont have all the supporting mods.

Yeah man, your probably right. I just love the aggressive sound of a big cam. Im not trying to race the car constantly. Just want something that will make it sound mean and make good power.

Same here. I really don't race so I just wanted the mean sound, decent power (+400rwhp) and driveability. Mission accomplished.
