Default 2010 CTS-V Dyno Video & Rear Rim/Drag Radial Question

Hello, I am new here. My Father just bought his wife a brand new 2010 CTS-V with the automatic transmission. We brought it to a local dynojet to see what she had for power.

Bone stock, 1000 miles. For reference, his 2009 ZR1 made 538 on the same dyno

After taking the car to our local dragway (New England Dragway), the car is begging for a stickier tire. Our track is usually NEVER prepped, and results in massive wheelspin. I am very familiar with drag radials as I use them all the time at the track in my mustang.

The best pass for the car so far is 12.687 @ 111 on an 85 degree day. It only hooked the first run, after that was a slew of 13.5-14.0 with 2.8' 60'. Our track is like ice on street night. Even myself when my mustang was stock had trouble hooking up a measly 275whp. On a colder day, it was trapping around 114

My question is, what size rim fits over those rear brakes? I tried searching, but havent found a concrete answer. I am thinking 17" wont fit, so how would some c5 Z06 18x9.5 rims with a 265/40/18 Mickey Thompson ET Street Radials. Anybody have any suggestions?

Thanks for any help guys, I appreciate it

How big are the brakes on the V as big as my 2010 Camaro SS ? If so then yes a 18x9.5 will work fine just try to keep the tire diameter the same height on the drag radial as the stock tire so u dont lose any gear.
