I just bought an ultra clean black 04 V1, hopefully pick it up this weekend. Jordan and I will document the mods on this one too.
It's going to be a great daily driver on my way to work on all these awesome projects around National Speed Inc!

No sweat, myself a quite a few others at this place love CTS-Vs, so this is naturally attraction. And yes, the wide rear tires look awesome, the stance this car now has is incredible.

Concerning what's next, there are a few different routes the customer is considering. He's just trying to justify the cost difference between the two options right now, but either way he will be satisfied with the outcome; custom National Speed, Inc twin-turbocharger system, or pulley/intake/remove flat section in exhaust/larger transmission cooler/tuning.

Whichever he chooses, it will be very well documented, and posted up for everyone to see.

(tt install please).

Then send me a kit.

Sure I could talk 1 or 2 people into a TT setup.

sup Jamie?!?!

Jordan, thanks for the response. It's obvious you guys do exceptional work. I'm also very glad to see someone who appreciates all aspects of racing, especially hondas. We (as I still consider myself an import guy) have a bad rap with the domestic folks... especially when some ricer tries to show off his stock single cam doing burnouts at a traffic light, let alone other ridiculous crap.

However, I can't help but boast at the satisfaction I got pulling trains on 11 second vettes and mustangs in my GS-R, off the line and all, having to play catch-up, but when it gets going, there's nothing better than waving as your shifting in to the notorious b18 3rd gear and pulling like they let off.

Again Jordan, keep it up. That new sedan is sick! What a sleeper!

btw, here's a shot of my dc

We'll see how it goes, I REALLY hope it happens, it would be such a unique build.

You're not even kidding. I doubt the Honda community will ever rid themselves of that stigma, it's too well rooted at this point.

A turbocharged B-Series Honda is definitely a "you fear third gear" car. You actually have traction at that point, and Type-R and GSR gearing is excellent from third into fifth, great usage of RPM from those speeds.

What sized turbocharger did you have? What engine displacement?

He has hurt some feelings up this way, haha.

And a little video... This may, or may not be me and my Type-R...

my gs-r had a b&b bottom end with weisco & crower piston/rod combo. the 426whp number (on 93 pump i might add) was achieved at 18 psi. the turbo was what i have to say the BEST "street" turbo available for us, a precision SC-61 which hit full boost before v-tec even hit, and as you know at that point it's simply amazing. the head was also ported with a full Ferrera valvetrain to support the turbo skunk cams. at 9500 it was still climbing!

Thanks, I wish I had a choice of color. I looked for three years for my perfect Type-R, and the one that came up just so happened to be Phoenix Yellow. I can deal with it.

But the grass roots about to trampled on... Just a bit...

Beautiful. That's an excellent street setup. When you climb past that point, it stops being fun anymore, and it's a constant fight for control. 350-450whp in a Civic/Integra chassis is perfect for streetability, in my opinion.

I just realized we're turning LS1-Tech into Honda-Tech.

Apologies to everyone with an eyebrow up right now.

We have already planned out the TT V2 CTS-V kit. We came up with a few different options for the transformations. It is designed and built in-house at our Special Projects Division at National Speed Inc. alongside our production NZ1200 cars.
We our ready to build the TT V2, who wants to pony up for the baddest V's around????
Just drop Jordan a line, and he will provide you one of our detailed quotes tailored to your budget and goals.

Yes sir.

There are a few designs; one for 700bhp and one for 1,000bhp, both are sleeper designs (i.e. stock body, stock interior, stock aesthetic wheels, etc.). There is also one that is designed with the same theory as NZ1200, that boasts the same horsepower, and all factors are proportionally improved (i.e. widebody, brakes, suspension, interior, etc. not one factor of performance or aesthetics is left untouched).

Pricing is configured, if anyone's interested, just E-Mail or PM me.

All you have to do is convert the V1 to 5 lug, then i'm sure you could get the V2 wheels to fit.

Hey Jordan, I've always been intrigued by what you've done with the stock wheels. I just want a little extra and had a set of widened rear wheels on my V1 with great results, even on track. I don't care so much about going as wide as possible but would like to get 285s up front and maybe 315s out back. Is it possible to go just a little narrower on the rears? Just an extra .5" of tuck?

Sorry about that. On my '09. I like what you've done, but I was hoping to have them tuck in a little more...
