I RPO CTS-V and this is what I found.
First, GM categorizes the parts that make up a vehicle. These parts are broken down into RPO's (REGULAR PRODUCTION OPTIONS). Thus the FE4 and FG2 codes we use to identify the type of suspension and/or suspension components found on the CTS-V.

rpo codes are used to identify what options the car is built with. You can find your rpo code tag on the under side of your spare tire cover. you can look up those codes here to see what they mean: http://www.marshu.com/images-website...-car-codes.pdf if the codes you have are not listed there just google that particular code to find out what it means. Hope this helps.
