That number seems a little fishy... was that taken on a Mustang dyno in the north?

....

There... Now it's a CTS-V thread...

Nice boat!

Have fun and be safe out there you cant beat being out on the water. I have a jet ski for speed on the water, they are a lot cheaper and easier to maintain.

BTW someone should kick you in the sack for not buying a 2010 V with the money you spent on that boat lol or a C6 ZO6

I've had several Baja's in the past. Have a 24' Supra wakeboard boat now. Nothing like being on the lake no matter what you're on.

No where near as nice as yours, but I love it the same....how fast is yours with only a single? I clocked mine at ~60....Next one will have twins, gotta go faster!

Aint that the truth. Everytime we take out my buddy's boat, something breaks or it won't run.

This last weekend we all went to his lake house to do some wake boarding. Got everyone in and a cooler full of beers. Got to the middle of the lake and then boom. Stalled and started smoking. Impeller disintegrated and we had to limp back to dock. Sucked.

Oh yeah, its also got a FORD motor in it. That could be the cause.

^^ I've gotta spend ~300 to rebuild my trim cylinders. Just spent 60 on rebuilding the trim pump, and 2 months ago had to replace the oil pan (had to pull the motor).....yes they are money pits, but hearing straight pipes on a small block roar at 4600rpm makes it all worth it

Nice! Obvioulsy gas mileage isn't a concern.

My Brother used to own a boat - he descibed it as a hole in the water you throw your money in to.

Yeah fabtech..... this boat runs 68 and has touched 70 on gps before. These 496s are very reliable. Bajas are tooo heavy for my liking, they are "true" offshore boats, there more flash than speed imo

damn, didn't think a single that big could go that fast....fuel injection must be nice!

You run on a lake so no big deal, I run salt water...gets a little rougher on the east coast of florida....mines a wellcraft, not baja...similar though.

For some reason I had an image of a lime green riding lawnmower.... lol

On the real that is one sexxy *** boat...
I tried to talk my wife into letting me get a Baja Boss 272 also with 425hp.. she quickly shut me down on that idea but did say that I can get a fun lil family boat...
