Agreed...I wanted to show off the intake but have been really reluctant to drop a Vette frc in my Caddy...to each their own...not for me tho...This is a super cool alternative.

Pull her in the garage! haha I could never not have one again and I understand your pain. It was funny dragging a jack out of my 2nd story apt. to work on my car with all the other tenants staring.

Post pics when you get done I am going to do this myself but have to wait until I get the blower fitted.

My mom came over for the weekend (she live 10 min away and my dad was working) and her radiator broke in her car. I pulled her car in the garage and went to get the new radiator, hose and thermostat. So fun to install.

I got my cover done.

the only thing with that is the Vette ones curve down in the middle to meet the intake.....Can you get some more pictures possibly from more of a side angle to see how much gap between the intake and covers there is?

I'll post some more pictures of the side later today.

I have one and planned on doing mine today....instead I had a toilet quit working.....ahhhhh gotta love it, I guess you guys had prolly rather buy your own than drive to Bham. After seeing this and the response it has gotten, a factory V engine cover will be hard to find.

Less gap than I thought there would be. It'd be sweet if you could mold some plastic down on the sides to cover what gap is there...nevertheless I likey.

Tell your dog to stay in your yard!

For something a little different i wanted to paint mine black, I also took the V logos off, It has a nice "V" design underneath it, a little more steath

Also if you look i trimmed the front corner of the passenger side cover, stock it sticks down fairly far.

They look a little "bluer" in the pictures, but they are a nice Flat Black
