I'd like to build a V1 fast list... I'll create a google sheet and share it out. Name, ET, MPH, and link to image of slip. Any interest in this? Insert yourself. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets...it?usp=sharing
I'll make a V2 one if there's interest here. I know majority of guys here are V1. Put a link to image of time slip on there. Slip image is what solidifies the time. I'll go thru it later on and see how its all going and organize it, etc.
Here's a vid of me bogging the launch and missing third just as I passed the camera. I was having issues with zero fuel pressure for 1/2 second as the nitrous hit so I put the fuel solenoids on a momentary switch and hit them while the lights were changing in an effort to fill the secondary fuel rails befor the nitrous hit. It worked ok but I am installing a dedicated fuel system for the nitrous fuel this winter.
Whoa! No fuel when the nitrous hit is a recipe for boom! Add that to the guy who breaks EVERYTHING and I'm glad you drove away from the track sir!
It only sprayed nitrous while there was no fuel pressure for the first two 100 shot hits ever on the dyno. I installed a momentary switch for the fuel solenoids and filled the rails while staged. About half of it would empty into the cylinder before the controller turned them on. Also, I set the nitrous solenoids to turn on 300 rpm after the fuel solenoids open.....so no nitrous spraying while there wasn't fuel pressure. It would just nose over because of no fuel at all, basically the motor shut off for 1/2 second before the 60'.
I already bought a dedicated fuel system that I'll be installing over the winter.
Went to the track last night and still couldn't beat my 12.1 time. And the car hopped twice. So I have come to the realization that you will never get rid of wheel hop. And you're just lucky really when it doesn't strike.

Never, like never ever. Bushing and axles and still hop?😳
Im almost done putting my v1 together. Has torquer v2 cam, prc 2.5 heads, kooks 1 7/8 headers. Its for sale. No point if the car flat out wont do 11s. This thread just convinced me to get rid of a car ive not driven yet.

Man I literally have everything to solidify the rear end. Not just axels and bushings. And let me be clear it never hops on the street. Like never. But with drag radials and a prepped track with 4,500 rpm clutch drops its 50/50 that it hops.
Just ran 13.005@108.63 with 1.97 60' . So close to 12s it hurts. It's a 2005 V with modified K&N CAI, Maximizer catted headers and tune. Resonator, catback and mufflers are stock. I either get wheel hop or bog. Trying to figure it out. Not bad for first ever visit to the track with this car. Temp is 79. Tires are some used pirellI winter tires I got for $50.

I would literally be unbolting seats, spare tire gone, and I would get that damn 12
