Default Valve springs

Are the patriot dual spring kits any good? Why are they more than half the price of comp cams dual spring kit?

I run patriot golds, good to .650 lift and i paid 250. Patriot makes nice valvetrain pieces.

I've had my patriot gold extreme springs (good to .660) on for several years with not a single problem. I have even run them with a TSP MS4 cam (239/242 .649"/.609" 111 LSA) for a while when I was N/A. I broke that motor and bent a few valves. I pulled everything, installed new valves and reinstalled the Patriot springs and they are still alive and kicking. They have been on my maggied/cammed (228/232 .588/.574 112 LSA) motor ever since with 10lbs of boost and 1.8 ratio rockers pushing on them with no ill affects.

I've got about 2 months and almost 2,000 daily driven miles on my patriot gold extreme springs with my RapTR cam.
