Its not hard at all. The only thing about install the Dynamat is that you will cut your finger up on the edges.
A heat gun is your friend. Lay down the Dynamat and go over it with a heat gun and press it down with a back of a screwdriver.

But seriously, that should work a lot better. I don't have too many complaints oem (well, besides some sporadic plastic creaks), so could imagine how much better that would be!
McMaster-Carr used to sell that stuff for a reasonable cost (far less than shops), but it still adds up. Probably be worth it though...I'd like to concentrate on the heat issues mentioned though and will add it to the list now, heh.
