You have the basics down well, if you'd practice directional motion blur and opacity you could make your work look 100 times better.
Just set 3 layers of the same thing up, bottom layer blur up and down, middle layer blur left and right, and set both opacity sliders to around 45. On layer 3 leave the object alone except for opacity to taste, and you'll roll like a pro.

any one else want want? i am going to be having some free time soon...
good to know...although i am not making these with Photoshop, haha.
i am using Marcomedia Studio MX, MS Paint, MS Picture Manager, and sometimes Powerpoint. and the program within in the suite i use is called Fireworks MX. i can do a lot of things with it, but it doesnt go as indepth as you can with Photoshop. but i will try and see if i can directional blur with it.

From the User CP (Control Panel), you click Edit Signature. And then edit it from there, and this is were you can upload a picture into your signature. The User CP is were you edit everything for you Tech profile.
