I just want to eliminate as much slop/weak points as possible. I hardly doubt that hard plastic bushing served any real purpose, I don't see it dampening much vibration, and I don't see heat being an issue with the V set up. So why not!!

Pics??

Buyers please let me know if you are going to return your old shifter. Please let it be in good condition. No broken collars that hold the ball and when you return it to me please include everything with the shifter just like I sent. Ex: shifter stalk, the metal holder that holds the shifter ball holder in place, plastic shifter ball holder, shifter connection bushings (even if bad), and shifter connection bushing sleeve.

Its really up to you. I like the shorter shifter myself but its more of asthetics than anything. If you keep it at stock height it will give you more "leverage". Give me a definite YES or NO please on the 1" shorter.

I can make any **** fit on our CTS-V shifters as long as I know the thread/connection your **** uses.

I just got my Mustang GT500 shift **** in and it's awesome. Much heavier than our stock one. I will post pics o my final install.

Is the C6 **** a screw on or just torx or bolted on?

Everyone that ordered a shifter here is some shipping info. I ship shifters in flat rate envelopes and you should get within 2-3 via USPS from the time I drop it off to the post office. It's only $5 to ship it anywhere to the us so you can sent it back that way and send me the tracking info.

thanks

Pretty excited to get this thing in. I'll end up cutting ~1" off, with the solid connection at the bottom and the creative steel bushings this thing should kick ***.

I'm so tired of the sloppy stocker. Half the time I can't get the car into reverse or in first at a light, I think my bushings are done for! Lol
