Still waiting on a call back from the dealership, ive decided im just going to let them diagnose the problem. I did not take the car. so i plan on holding them responsible for any damages that could have been caused. But im sure they are going to jerk me around because of the mods on the car. just a crappy situation, i will never leave my car with someone without writing down the miles again..

Unfortunate for this to happen. But chalk it up to a lesson learned. You'll be better off in the future because of it.

I had a run in with a dealership over my Mustang and a blown motor, and the end result was a big ol' check, so you never know what will happen.

Best of luck and keep us posted!

All is well again, turns out our cars are very sensitive if they do not have the proper amount of voltage running to them. And will throw all sorts of codes/lights. Recharged the battery(that the dealership let die) and everything was back to normal. What a relief, thanks again for all the input!

Everytime I drop a car off at the dealership they let the battery die

this may be a dumb suggestion, but my friends dad has a body shop and once in a while he will get a MAF code from all the dust getting sucked in on his truck... again it happened once, and with the aftermarket intake would lean it out a put it in reduced power mode when its really hot...

you should be using an intake filter - no seriously, why would there be dust being ingested?
If your using a K&N its the classic, oil vapour coats the MAF sensor.
MAF cleaning should happen as often as you change oil!
