The Emblem is held on with double sided foam adhesive. Easy to take off.
The grille surround is plastic, so no powdercoating that.
The mesh part is metal.
The paint on the surround is getting chipped bad...going to the Plasti-Dip soon.

here are the couple pics from my grill after pc. Like drspeed said the crest and stuff is plastic so if you throw it all in the oven this is what will happen...
Best case the colors just melt out of the crest..lol Im glad thats all that happend...
I couldnt get the camera to focus on the close up sorry....
