heat exchanger, upper/ lower pulley(which in my opinion is over driving the blower),KOOKS with high flow cats, 3" exhaust, custom catback, LS3 west coast cylinder heads,..comp custom ground camshaft, 96lb injectors, and a cold air kit.
Stock throttle body,...stock blower, etc.

Based on the pressure you are saying it creates, it would be at around the 2.0 on the side of the graph. The green lines are RPM. I don't know what the pulley ratios are, but you can use those times the ~6,000 RPM operating limit of the LSA to see where on the efficiency map the car is.
Based on the graph it also looks like they sort of don't recommend more than 18,000 RPM on the blower, which would be a 3:1 ratio on the LSA, as they don't plot out the efficiency further than that.

Blower(2),...and or cubic inches(2 or 3). It will be in two, maybe 3 phases.
