any ground clearance issues with the kooks long tubes? Do you reuse your stock gaskets or do you need some aluminum flange seals? Did you use locking header bolts?

Havent gotten under the car yet but doesnt look like it.

cool well keep up posted if you develop any leaks, or need to retorque the bolts or anything. I'm thinking of doing Kooks header and just trying to nail down the "fine details".

Any plans to get the car dyno tuned now?

I think so. My installer down here said they are really good gaskets. I learned........ and lost a few hundred just because I didnt use what he told me at first. Decided to go with the ones that come with the headers. the leak was so bad he couldnt even tune my car cause he said he would just have to retune it again. Which was nice of him to save me 150$ retune fee

Im starting to think I might have a leak... YAY. Not the best at hearing these things. But pretty sure passanger side.. Maybe where the connection pipe meets the LTs.

Gonna have some people weigh in on it at OC.

Hey man, just curious, how many hours did the shop charge you for install? Anyone know what "the book" dictates for header/manifold install?

Oh, and I almost forgot..."I try to say good-bye and I choke..."

Did the headers themselves need welding for some reason, or are you referring to connecting them to your mid pipe/cats?
