wcryan, do you recall if your cam impacted fuel economy at all, and if you had to go back and do it all over again, would you buy the same one, knowing that you were eventually going to purchase a MP112?

to be honest I didnt really check if my gas mileage got better or worse. But you know what. I never used to like choppyness of cars that had cam's. But after putting a smaller cam in my car on a 112LSA and hearing it outside the car at idle, there is nothing better and I love it. If I had to do it again, I would. hypes up your powerband

Just an fyi I picked up a solid 2mpg city and 3mpg highway in fuel mileage when I did the cam and long tubes. I couldnt believe it.

decent numbers. i made about the same when i had a similar cam. made 494/488ish. i did a cam swap to a 234/242 598/621 on a 112 and but down 527/510 picked up a good amount.

Doesnt sound like a blower cam at all. 14 degrees of overlap isnt the best for boost but those numbers seem to prove that wrong.

Damn that is nice! I am hoping to pick up Kooks, LS7 clutch and a tuneup in the next month.....just hit 100,000 miles this week.

The car sounds nice; love the whine!
