Sent hendrix engineering a request for a maggie this is what i got.

"Hi Alex, sorry there are no remand, never fooled with those with the new owners at magnason the price for a 112 is $6600 ,the good news is we are working on a tvs 2300 kitt that will be priced about the same as the old 112 ,around $6600 if your intrested let us know".

Colorado speed got a mp112 new for 6148 right now so this isn't a deal^. The tvs however???

Guess they are building a tvs2300 for our car!!! Always thought you need a bigger block but hey....

That might include 1000 for installation which you would subtract if doing it yourself. I checked 3 months ago and with the overdrive pulley and self install looking at 5500. I think some were able to get the kit at 4500 or 5000 with pulley about 6 months ago but I could be wrong on the exact numbers. It was too much for me to spend on a V1 so bought headers/tune and happy with results. The tvs kit seems interesting but so does a used V2.

It's the Edelbrock E-Force kit. I think it's ugly but if it works it works.

hahaha....gotta love hill-billy engrish....hahahaha

Would like to see a 2300 for a V1, and $6500 would not be that bad of a deal honestly. I'll believe it when I see it. $6148 for a 112 though....that's pushing it.

figured you'd say something) how much are you looking at for your build $ wise? Just curious...but then again you had some of the parts from a maggie...

As far as the price for the maggie its high at both places. The most I would spend is 5 flat at my doorstep for a new one and around 4 or less for a used one with decent mileage.

That TVS2300 will jam pack your cylinders with air and fuel, and when it explodes, you'd better have some forged components to take the stresses. Better figure those costs plus axles (if you don't already have 'em).

Do it!
