Is the message coming up on your nav screen that stability is off? have you tried disconnecting the battery for 10 minutes?

How do you know that TC is engaging?

yes message in dic comes on and says "stability system off", no i haven't tried disconnecting the battery... I know tc is engaging bc ill go through first and blow the tires out, then hit second and spin for a split second (when i can tell it easily should have kept spinning) and tc will engage momentarily making the car feel like its falling on its ***, then as soon as the tire spin stops i can feel it go back into WOT and start pulling again and sometimes depending on road surface will spin through the rest of second. sometimes it will let me spin all the way through second but most of the time the tc will engage stopping tire spin. its really annoying. Though it was tpms sensors but i fixed those and still does it.

tc cuts throttle so it wont just stop the tire spin, when it hits it feels more the cars bogging, i think your tires are just getting warmed up and are starting to grip thats what causes them to stop spinning, or you might need a retune on the car, maybe it has a bad tune so it bogs down

^^ it's his second V..pretty sure he knows what TC feels like.

I'd start by pulling the battery and see if that fixes it. Otherwise try a reflash of the PCM.

thanks nikon ill try that. yes its not the car bogging down i guarantee its the tc system cutting throttle for some reason, like i said sometimes it does sometimes it doesn't, and why would i need a retune on a 100% bone stock car down to the paper filter lolz it only seems to do it in second too, sometimes after it does it in second ill catch 3rd and itll spin pretty hard through the bottom of third, if it was the car bogging down it would bog even more in third. and yes my bone stock v will spin in third the little 245's are extra bald lol

also for some reason (i just bought the car two months ago) the pass side tpms sensors are switched i.e the front is on the rear and rear is on the front lol im gonna swap the wheels and see if that helps too. also the tire size is 245/40 all around and i believe stock size is 245/50??? could the tire height being slightly off have anything to do w it?

Stock size is 245/45 and yes different size tires will cause tc issues. I had a setup once where the rears were slightly shorter than the front and anything over 85mph would set off the tc.

One other thing to look at is the wheel hop retard, I seen it in the tune file when I was messing with my V. It's under engine, torque management, traction control, POWERHOP in HP tuners.

I think we have a winner here, makes total sense bc it only does it as soon as the wheels start slightly hopping. I have thought of this before but didnt think there would be such thing as wheel hop retard and my other v didnt do it bc it had a hp tuners tune. I feel like that could very well be the issue thank you sir

Save yourself the manual labor and just re-program the sensors. It'll take you maybe two minutes total.

I think the more important question is what rear end setup do you have?

You need to whip out a camera and start snapping pics of the very TOP of the diff. It sucks and took me probably 30 pics before I had one where I could make out enough digits to see what I had. Here are the versions and no it doesn't refer to the V2 diff.

1st---- 10361308
2nd---- 12378261
3rd----- 15793756
4th----- 25873498

Here is a good shot of what you are looking for. This is a fourth generation differential.
