Question...If I buy a new 4th gen rear does it have a waranty heeeheeeheee

if you have it installed at the dealer you buy it from, they might give you a one year 12,000 mile warranty

dealer=rape...the price they would quote would be similar to a cs 8.8 lol.
Guess thats out, thought gm has some sort of waranty on them at least

GM parts have a 12 month/12k mile warranty on most parts...except for wear items like brake pads, belts, and clutch parts. You should be fine...if it breaks it is a parts warranty issue, not a typical dealership warranty issue that gives owners problems.

Parts warranty does not come directly out of the dealerships pockets waiting for GM to reimburse them...which is the sole reason people get screwed on warranty, the dealer does not want to hold a bill for however long it takes the district rep to come in and approve all the claims.

I still get the hook up at the dealer I used to work for, so I have never had an issue. LOL
