this was happening to me last year.. same exact thing .. would only go off when the rear tires would go over the speed bump, no matter the speed angle..

fixed it the same way-- when i changed the rear brake pads, i disconnected the sensors, cleaned them up with contact cleaner re installed them.. never happened to me again. DIC warning stopped coming up and killing my ABS..

i had a busted wire on my wheel bearing... fixed it right up when I soldered it back together.
