I've used aluminum alloy (duralumin) lug nuts on my Subaru for years without any issues. But, the torque spec on the Subaru is 67 +/- 5ft-lb. I wouldn't be too keen on torquing aluminum lug nuts to 100ft-lb (the V's spec). It'll be interesting to see how that works out over time.

Keep in mind that anti-seize changes the running torque of the fastener. There really shouldn't be any need to use it, assuming the lug nuts are high quality with good threads.

Biggest difference between 6 lug and 5 lug is wheel options. Honestly I kind of like the 6 lug cuz not many cars use it and it kind of deters theft a bit if you think about it

A thief ain't gonna be that smart to check lug patterns BEFORE stealing them. He'll take them, realize the don't fit his application, then try to sell them.

I am running the Team Dynamics in silver with the VMS dark gunmetal lightweight lugs (.8oz compared to almost 2oz stock).

Those rims look very nice on your car in silver. My car is black so I'm going with black rims.

I'd be down for a set of these if they fit without having to use wide trailing arms (maybe anyway). Any pics of these on a V1? I bet they'd look awesome. Any specs on the lug pattern, width, offset?

Brain fart, they won't fit: https://ls1tech.com/forums/cadillac-...rx-wheels.html

Yeah, 2016 srx is 6x120, 2004-2007 cts-v is 6x115. sad, those wheels would've looked nice on mine.

That's strange, the only reason I posted this is because I sold a set to a guy in TX with an 05, I never heard back. I assumed they worked.

Never assume you'll get feedback. I've spent thousands of dollars on stuff that doesn't work or fit and don't provide feedback. It's not worth my time. Tons of people work the same way--McLeod, for instance, almost never receives feedback on their shitty slave cylinder fittings. It's partially because it's not worth the hassle for a $500 part and partially because they aren't interested in listening, which further discourages feedback. But they fail all the time.
