Default 04 CTS-V Speedo issue

Alright I have a 2004 CTS-V that 3 months back got a new transmission put in. So far everything is good even went back home to Michigan and back to Texas after the install. Only issue I have is the speedo under moderate to hard acceleration mis-reads the speed then plays catch-up. For example you could be reaching/going 80 and it'll dip down to 60 then back up to 80. Around town everything is fine just once in a while it'll bounce down 5-10 mph then back up. I've replaced the speed sensor in the tranny with the same results as described above. What do I do next? Wheel speed sensors or is it an issue with the actual speedo? Incase you were wondering yes both digital and the analog speedo are doing this.
