sounds about the same as my setup. But kooks with HFC...
i LOVE my topend now. Went from kinda dropping off to pulling all the way to redline like no other. 400hp is a good thing. Kinda sad you have to cam/CAI/Headers/Catback tune to get to the factory rating to the wheels.

Not that you have to... Just the extent of modding required to get there.
Understand I came from subaru, where a tune/Downpipe will normally net the same. But thats the good thing about boosted factory cars. Just turn up the boost and dump more fuel.
I think next it either boost or spray for the V...

Comparing any stock F/I engine mod cost to a stock N/A mod cost is comepletely pointless...if you would have just strapped a Maggie on the engine and tuned it (leaving everything else stock), then your whp would be greater then the factory bhp.

Sounds good! Get a better vid though if u can. With some rev's and maybe a drive by.
And does ur corsa have resonators or x-pipe?
Btw biggie and cole... Both of u can feel better about your mistakes because I bought the V1 twice. Lol

Glad someone else can laugh at and learn from my mistakes! Lol should have at least went with a C5 Z06 or another 03/04 cobra after the first V. Much easier to go fast with less issues. Lol
Oh well... I'll sell this turd soon and get a V2 or a C6 Z06

I agree with that... Hence why I bought another one. This car is much more impressive being a Cadillac with a big cam and being rather quick for what it is. Don't get me wrong, the cobra and the c5 z06 would have been fun and much easier to go fast but the caddy still has the luxury and comfort and the full 4 doors.

Lol! My cam is borderline big for the V to be honest. Makes good peak power though and the powerband on it is pretty good considering its size (2100-6800). Being on a 113LSA, its good with the nitrous and I was told tuning it is a lot easier than a cam on a 110-112 LSA. I wouldn't go any bigger than this on a daily. A slightly smaller cam would really be ideal. A powerband that pulls from 1500-1700rpms would be beneficial to get this pig going. But... my cam pulls a little longer up top so its all give and take and where you want the power to be. With the 4.10 in the rear... this VRX5 is pretty much perfect for the car. Ill find my dynographs and post them. The powerband is completely linear like it should be and doesn't lack or fall off at any point. Pulls hard all the way to the top.
