I'm right between yellow and something else ... not sure whether it'll be red or blue, so I can hardly wait to see your ZR1-colored calipers. Having a problem picturing all these colors on my stealth gray.

Looks good. You gonna use a clear coat or not? From what I'm seeing (other forums, youtube, etc), some guys do and some don't.

That's the plan. Have to wait a couple more months as it's way too cold to even think about doing it now.

Yup. Got two cans.

Yeah, I'm risking the possibility of peeling. Hey, 04Vguy, do you think they're referring to problems developing if the calipers heat up too much or what?

Ya I'm not sure. The only hesitation I had before I sprayed mine was them getting hit. But I don't think gm would make touch up paint for calipers that wouldn't hold up so I sprayed mine Thursday and then went out last night and did some pretty hardcore break after some Mexico runs and they are still good. So I'm just human clear them and see how it goes

That's roughly my thinking. I'm hoping GM's thinking of tracking conditions, and those are coming long and far between for me since V-Day I back in '08, so I should be good ... I hope.

EDIT: You guys putting an 8th Day Creations "V" on your after painting the caliper? Just got mine in the mail today. http://8thdaycreations.com/products-...aliper-decals/
