Default Are these the correct STS-V Lamps?

I recently became aware of the STS-V fog lamp swap. I really like the way they look and would like to add them to my car. Are these the correct ones?

I realize that they are replacement parts and not up to the quality of OEM but for $117 shipped they are half or less the price of used ones. Would you be able to get a HID kit (4500 right?) to fit the projector part? Lots of questions I know but I try to verify before wasting my money.

I also found these lights which also claim to be correct. I don't want to waste money buying the wrong ones and STS-V's don't grow on trees so I have nothing to compare to. These are probably the right ones cause they are $315 a pair shipped

Top pictured are STS (non-V) and don't fit. If it has a projector, it's STS and the wrong ones.

PNs and install instructions here :

You can get eBay ones for $279, which are currently 15% off.
