It was posted on CTSVOwners.com...and I was not sure how the host would have liked me posting an invite. The host (SecretWeapon) may be trying to do it again...worth checking out over there.

I think the V2 guy don't like us. I was talking to a V2 owner by my place. He did not seem interested about the V1 meeting

I didn't post there much until I bought the 2010...it is a very V2 heavy crowd over there.

You will get a a handful, maybe more, V2 guys show up. I would try to make it back down to Houston if I didn't just do 700 miles across Texas this past weekend...but I just might one more time before I leave.

I agree with you on that but I think it's mostly due to V1 owners are becoming a younger crowd due to prices. Plus we're missing factory superchargers. That's just how I felt about the last few V2 owners I've met. It's like the V1 didn't make the cut.
To get back on track though I'll be at hooters. Pre meet spot and roll out together?

Even though I will not be able to make it down to Houston for it...I started a thread on the CTSV Owners forum...hopefully you guys will see some of your younger, bigger sisters out there.

V Owners Thread

54 and anyone else who is member there can try keep these guys informed. I will also try my best to keep them in the loop in no one from here does.

There are drivers like that in every crowd of cars...most of the V2 owners I know, love all V Series cars. I love the V1 and I owned one for almost 3 years...but I wanted a V2, so I got one. I do miss my V1 from time to time, but it just did not fit what I wanted out of a sports car.

No problem man...one thing you guys can also look into is the Texas V Club. It does require a membership due ($150 per year), but you get some cool **** with it too. I know they are trying to work out a deal with some places down there, which would entitle any member to discounts.

http://www.texasvclub.com/

Club was founded this year, and I would have joined but I got popped to move to Southern California. It grew pretty quickly and now they have a North and South chapters, with south being based in Houston. For the north chapter (nnot sure if the south does this), I know they are working out a partnership with the Wounded Warriors Project, and all extra money will go to them.
