How to wire your LS6 car for a LS2 throttle body
Does anyone have the instructions or a link on how to wire a LS2 throttle body onto a LS6 equipped car? I searched a few links and never really found a definitive answer. I know you will end up discarding 2 wires out of the 8. I believe the white and pink ones are the ones that you leave out.

it can only be done when switching to a FAST for the ls6 guys because the LS2 TB is 4 bolt to the ls6 3 bolt flange.

I also bought the adapter, make quick work of the wiring! You do have to re-route the coolant lines and oil breather line.

Agreed!! Only reason I did on mine was I need a new throttle body after a **** port job so I went with an LS2 while I was spending the money knowing I would upgrade to a FAST sometime in the near future.

I know adapters are available but I am splicing my own connector onto the original harness. I have a 92mm FAST intake to compliment my heads and cam swap. I am doing the 102mm MAF as well. One thing to remember when doing the larger MAF is that you will need a larger air intake tube, elbow, and connectors as well. I am adapting the new setup to my Volant CAI. If I can find the info I am looking for I will post it as I can't seem to find a definitive answer elsewhere.

Bought the adapter from Caspers Electronics Inc. - Directly.
I added contact information, costs etc..
I just included what the adaptor is doing.... for times like this! lol.

I have the adapter brand new unopened still in packaging if anyone is interested in it, just PM me. You see what they charge in the above ebay link is what I paid too. I will sell it $65 shipped with paypal fees. My loss is someones gain.

I paid $20 for a connector and no headache now. I wired it up last night and fired the car up. Runs great no CEL. I do not like the idea of the extra connections involved with the adapter harness. A soldered and shrunk connection is superior. I will share the info so that others will be able to do this with no "headaches".
