Haven't had any binding issues with mine, didn't feel any tougher to move than stock. The travel on these things can't be more than 15* up and 25-30* down, I think you would have to seriously over torque these to make them bind.

Have any of you guys re-thought the binding concern?
I would shave the bushing flanges down (just hit 'em with a sander to take some material off).

i "torqued" my bolts with a 3/8' impact and have had zero binding issues. I am able to move them up and down by hand with the shock disconnected.

Please do not shave the bushings. It is supposed to be a tight fit. The bushings usually stick out slightly past the metal sleeve so that the bushing squishes a little bit between the flanges. Sloppy/loose fitting bushings are not good.

There will not be any binding. Everything should be nice and tight.
