Haven't had any binding issues with mine, didn't feel any tougher to move than stock. The travel on these things can't be more than 15* up and 25-30* down, I think you would have to seriously over torque these to make them bind.

That said, I'm worried about how hard it is to rotate the control arm now. It takes quite a bit of force to move it, even with only about 50 ft-lbs of torque on it. Apparently, I'm not the only one:

There will not be any binding. Everything should be nice and tight.
