right turn signal activates high beams when lights on

right turn signal activates high beams when lights on anybody else have this issue? It only happens with the lights on and it happens pretty regularly, any ideas? Always with the right blinker, and never the left. And, no, I am not accidentally activating the high beams. If I wiggle the stick it will come and go, but the next time I hit the switch again it will come back.

It happens to me on both left and right and when I try to pull back slightly they go off for a sec and then back on. that used to work. I plan to try and clean it first seems like the connection is just too close.
