OK I've searched and searched I have a jbl 1200.1 that I'm wanting to wire into my stock radio. I took the rear wires by the Bose amp tan/orange and tan/white. But when I turn the radio on all I'm getting is voice. No bump. Did I take the wires after the amp. If so which colors are the ones I need to look for. The jbl has the hi level inputs. Someone help a fellow amber out.

personally I got better bass volume and response with the bose sub put back in. With the hole in the rear deck and my rear firing sub I was getting cancellation with two areas for the bass to enter the cabin. This way I also have the bose sub to fill in some bass when I don't have the key in the IGN setting for when I'm sitting in car washes, etc. where I just put it to ACC.
I also have a bp1200.1 and I use a LOC. I think you'll be much happier running a level controller up front and you'll need a LOC to do that as the 1200.1 amp has no remote bass capability built into it.

i used the sub wires. set the setting so when i adjust the bass all the way down on the radio its barely there. But when I crank up the bass and volume it gets pretty loud. just need to clean everything up. make it look nice and neat.
