OBX headers to B&B

OBX headers to B&B
I currently am running B&B exhaust and have a line on OBX headers. Wondering if anyone has done this combination before, and how everything lines up.

Also, since the B&B is a true 3" exhaust.....
The OBX have a 3" collector, and the pipe leading into the cat (or catless, same thing, same pipe) but, the pipe exiting the cat drops down to the 2.5. Why? I have no idea. It is stupid. So, if it was me mounting that B&B up I would have a little custom work done to where I would cut the OBX pipe where it is still 3" and weld in an extension to mate with the B&B.
Of course then the exhaust is custom to that car and no good for resale (of the exhaust), but oh well. I would have 1 7/8" headers with a true/full 3" exhaust.
Good luck!
