Maggie overdriven rears DONE!!

Lol it happened. 3.65 on the jackshaft and 3.2 on the input with a 3.0 on the front. I choose to go with the 3.2 over the 2.9 just because I didn't want to machine the housing for the pulley. I did have to take some material away to clear the manifold but not much.
I promise ill keep u guys updated as soon as I can beat on her and see what the boost comes in at. I can tell u this; it hits 10lbs almost immediately now but that was just a quick stab of the throttle just to see what she did. Ill have a boost number for u tomorrow. Hp/tq over the weekend.

Sweet! I was just wondering how you were doing with this project yesterday. A little off topic, I have to pull my Maggie to change my knock sensors. Can anyone say what intake gaskets are needed? The ones shown in the Maggie installation manual look to be one piece and any LS6 gaskets I can find searching the net are the rectangular rubber O-ring style.

Yep the harder you spin it the higher the IATs, and you get to a point where itll start pulling timing and negate the power added by the boost. If you can remedy that with meth or e85 you will see better gains. Ive been curious how punishment will make out after all the work hes done and I hope it works out.

Well I've thought about iat's a bunch and what I'm gonna do is tune it and see what it's doing first and foremost. I found an intercooler pump that's almost double the flow of the maggie supplied one, so that and maybe build a small res for more coolant capacity.. And of course I still plan on using n2o this year. So we'll see where the cards lie this weekend

Actually you can use the 5.3 truck manifold gaskets. They use the same style. I think you have a trim a tab off or something. If you look at the Magnuson gaskets it looks like they do the same and just mark them up. Somebody posted that info a while back.

Yes, Felpro MS 95687 sure looks a lot like the one shown in the Maggie installation manual. Unfortunately the manual only shows two of the intake ports. Since you've mentioned it I do recall reading that same post discussing this.
