There was a discussion a few months ago about the rockauto V bumper. It turned out to be the base CTS bumper that's why it's so cheap and they don't carry the V bumper.

I went the site and compared it to the base CTS one they had. I am pretty sure it is a V bumper cover. Plus the other guy said he bought one and had it painted.
