So...after reading a few dozen threads on spark plug wires (LS1, CF, Corvette forums, etc), I am still undecided. It is somewhat difficult to find good reliable reviews or experience with a specific set.

Stealership is asking $140 for their AC Delco's, but that seems a bit high to me (unless I am wrong???).

What I have found from reading the threads:

AC Delco 748RR ~$80
Accel 9070CC ~$100
MSD 32819 ~$60
Bosch 09840 ~$35

Thoughts on any of the above?

 

MSD 8.5 for $60. Can't beat it and you can adjust the boot to get it away from the Headers.

 

I got some off rock auto for pretty cheap... The ac delcos. When I did my headers is put in new plugs, wires, and 2 new exhaust manifold gaskets for like $100+/-... Not bad

 

I think the MSD's are crap. Gone through to many of them and had shity ohm ratings. GM boots or Taylor Vertex.

 

I think some one on the other forum did a test and msd where pretty close in ohms to taylors on our cars.

 

The lowest resistance I measured was on the Granatelli wires.

Very expensive.

 

i run the Taylor Thunderbolt 10.4 wih no problems.

 

So...my having a 2007, is there a difference in the length of wires I could use vs an 04/05? I have seen where some people reported that the wires lengths were different from 5.7 to 6.0 on a corvette forum.
