Anyone know the difference between the 917266 and the 917246? The 266 shows that its made of aluminum/steel and shows the weight but the 246 shows its made of steel and doesn't list a weight.

I was wondering the same but the steel one seems to be for higher hp applications. Not too sure but I saw both as well

Difference just seems to be shell material. Information under those two are under GM Y-Body. The weight information is there.

the blemish on the one i ordered was a 4% overdrive on the AC pulley. that's not going to bother me, hah.

i should have it thursday. i have no idea when i'll actually install it. kinda bought it since i saw it and will keep it around for later.

Noob here... sry for bringing back this old thread but what is "SFI Blem?" Replacing mine for an 06 CTS-V (LS2).
Is it just blemished? Like an imperfection on the part?

Yes, just paint blemishes, decal off center, the odd scratch. Still works great. Don't skimp on the installation tool though. Get a new crank bolt too.

powerbond is fine. i have run them on multiple vehicles including my V with zero issues.

Is the powerbond neutral in ratio or bigger OD for lower speed on auxiliary equipment?

I believe they have different part numbers for different sizes that you want/need.

Also, ATI is better known to handle more deflection at higher RPMs. Everything else at lower to medium rpm range handles the same

correct powerbond has stock 10% under and 25% under. i am using the 25% with no issues.
