If you're not prepared to soak up an entirely new drivetrain with the 8.8 I'd grab a spare from someone and don't break it until you can afford the complete 8.8... Only a matter of time before your tranny hates you as well... Unless you're still rockin the same clutch

Havent had time to give details until now:
It broke during launch of course, drove it all the way down track at 50 mph with absolutely no sounds coming from diff, but any time I gave it gas it the rear end went hard right, very weird.
The Passenger axle was about a half inch farther out than the driverside and the boot on the passenger was badly twisted.
I drove it around parking lot at track and still didnt make much sounds. Then I was gonna try to limp it home and all the sudden it spun like it was in neutral still no grinding sounds though...? What do you all think?

I've got the Mcleod RXT Twin now, and plenty of options for the tranny when that comes. WE have an extra T56 and a 4L80 sitting in the shop.

Thanks for the input guys.
Btw, the new setup pulls ridiculously hard and spools the same as the GT35s, hopefully i can get a video soon.
